I was born in San Antonio but completed high school in Gonzales, Texas. I am also a master’s graduate of The University of Texas San Antonio where I studied Instructional Technology. I have seventeen years’ experience in education in the various fields from elementary level to college level. I have been a classroom teacher teaching all core subjects (Algebra I &II, geometry, elementary math, science, reading, and social studies) grade levels fourth grade to high school.
I enjoy riding bicycles, swimming, football, listening to music, and relaxing with family and friends.
I desire to be an asset using my education, work experience, communication skills, and capabilities in education, and at New Frontiers Charter School I am able to educate and help our students grow academically and socially. I am compassionate about making sure our students’ have a sense of pride and purpose, most of all I care about our future, “Our Children.”
